Returns

Customers may return eligible products within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, products must:

  • Be unused and unopened.

  • Remain in their original packaging.

  • Be in the same condition as received.

  • Show no signs of damage, wear, or misuse.

Please note that delivery and shipping charges are non-refundable.

Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, please notify us within 14 days of delivery. Once the item has been returned and inspected, we will determine whether the product is defective.

If the product is confirmed to be defective, we may:

  • Provide a replacement product (subject to availability), or

  • Issue a refund for the value of the product.

If the product is no longer available, a store credit or voucher may be offered for future purchases.

Non-Eligible Returns

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Opened or used products.

  • Products damaged due to improper handling or misuse by the customer.

  • Products returned after the 14-day return period.

If an item is returned and found not to be defective, it will be sent back to the customer, and any associated shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
